For those people that tried and liked insects who want to adopt insects in their food pattern but don’t know how to incorporate insects in their food, I have built Hora Insecta.
People are enabled to adopt insects by showing them how to incorporate insects by using them as spices. Spices are already well adopted in their food pattern which makes it easier to adopt insects (as spices). Next to that, people are inspired to use them by placing the product at the dinner table in the context of food. It evokes discussion and inspires people to experiment with insects.
