Design Goal
I want shy students to be on the same of level of communication as the rest of their during group-work at IDE. (By leveling out the communication)

Shut Up! Speak Up! Cards
Shut Up! Speak Up! Cards give a group of people working together a fun and playful way of leveling out communication, to allow group members that are not participating as much to get heard more often.
Shut Up! cards are given to people that are talking to much during the group work and have a task to slow down communications.
Speak Up! cards are given to members that are not participating as much and encourage the receiver to a big bigger part in the group discussion.
