Design Goal and Interaction vision
Improving the work situation of nurses, in an elderly home, who get physical pains during work. In order to achieve this nurses should be more patient when working with elderly. This should create a less stressful environment and more interaction with the elderly which makes them feel more appreciated. The nurses should be confident in the things they do.
