Design Goal and Interaction vision
The design goal:Offer secondary school students a realistic orientational expererience that makes them consciously aware of their study choice.
The interaction vision: Being able to travel into your own future. Like playing a game on your mobile phone
Getting Started
The concept consists of an app and a booklet and in combination can be considered as a study orientated test. When a secondary school student is considering a TU Delft study they can order the Oriented test. Within this concept the TU Delft offers 16 different tests, corresponding to the 16 bachelor studies. Furthermore there is a male and female version of the app, because an avatar is used. The app and the avatar function as a motivator guide and informer. The booklet, which has a series of exercises in them, allows for interaction with the subject matter of the chosen study. For the prototype I have chosen to use the bachelor Industrial Design Engineering as an example.
