Design Goal
To give people in creative offices more effective, inspiring breaks by allowing them to daydream during them.
Interaction vision
Children blowing bubbles together
Mindnapping
My final design is a building set which enables people to daydream during short breaks. Its pieces are flexible and easy to put together, allowing people to quickly and instinctively build abstract sculptures. They can then interpret those sculptures to get more in touch with what’s going on in their imagination/subconscious. The shapes are tailored to an unstructured, unplanned way of building so that people’s minds can wander freely rather than just going in one direction.
