On 4 October I presented the paper “Lost in transition: Issues in designing Crossmedia Applications and Services” at the ACM SIGDOC 2011 conference, October 3-5 in Pisa, Italy. The paper reflects on the process of designing crossmedia applications and services by describing experiences from teaching a course in crossmedia interaction design.
