My main motivation in educating is to give students the opportunity to discover and build their own identity as a designer. I try to do so by providing them with an open, responsive and secure environment, in which they are challenged to explore and develop their personal set of knowledge, skills and attitude. With interaction design as my main focus, I am responsible for or involved in several (design) courses at both Bachelor’s and Master’s level. I also have extensive experience in coaching students during their graduation project, which is usualy done for a company.
