We are looking for a DfI master student that would like to do a research internship in persuasive game design. We’re currently developing a team meeting game in which participants can praise each other using reward coins. Game Theory suggests that we can steer the meeting process towards a more competitive or cooperative experience by adapting the distribution of the coins. We would like you to explore different game setups according to Game Theoretical principles (like the Prisoners Dilemma) and see how they affect the process and/or outcome of the meetings. Eventually we will put your findings to practice at Berenschot, one of the largest consultancy firms in the Netherlands.
