If you want to regularly create blogposts you can! If you don't want to blog simply delete the "blog" page from your menu. It will automatically disappear from the menu in the menubar.
In the topbar of your labmark you can add a link to your e-mail, skype and social media acounts.
Your labmark has an option for a featured image (or header image). This image represents the contents, mood, or theme of a post or page. Posts and pages both can have a single featured image.
We do not recommend hosting your own video files. Try using a third-party video hosting service instead, like YouTube, Vimeo, etc. With the embed blocks, you can easily add videos, (or images, tweets, audio, and other content from third-party sources) to your post or page.
With the gallery block, you can share a group of images on your site in a gallery-style format.
