I try to do so by providing them with an open, responsive and secure environment, in which they are challenged to explore and develop their personal set of knowledge, skills and attitude. With interaction design as my main focus, I am responsible for or involved in several (design) courses at both Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s level.
