It was within this project that I\u00a0got my\u00a0first real taste of medisign which only further sparked my\u00a0curiosity for the medical field. After working at the marketing department of Olympus Medical systems and as a freelance graphic designer I\u00a0came to realise that I\u00a0wanted to be more closely involved in the product development process and especially the research side. In 2010, the possibility arose to work at the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering on the Laparoscopic Surgery Skills (LSS) Project which \u00a0had started up in close collaboration with the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (EAES).
