But when always avoiding uncomfortableness, fear or disgust through immediately acting, they don\u2019t learn there\u2019s no actual threat; keeping the mechanism in place. My goal was to make these people feel less threatened by the presence of insects in their home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" classroom. The safe but inviting space allows them to interact, explore and have fun.
