The main problem observed is that citizens do not use MiniBieb because of the \u201cbad\u201d perceived quality of the books. This desired interaction should feel like planting a seed in a garden, an uncertain, generous, promising, planned, and intimate activity (Interaction Vision).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
