It aims to facilitate the \u201cpotluck learning\u201d, which persuades people to share and combine their experience and knowledge among their online peers during study.<br \/>\nThe learners are asked to create personal cards which show the personal and professional qualities. The learners interact with each other by describing their first impression of their peers. After giving the feedback, the learners can look at the others\u2019 feedback.
