In different steps, the tenants are invited to divide 10 coins over different categories and rooms. While they are also able to observe what other tenants find important. First tenants divide 10 coins over four categories, \u2018exterior\u2019, \u2018interior\u2019, \u2018comfort\u2019 and \u2018energy use\u2019.<br \/>\nThen one by one, these categories are introduced on the middle unit.
