The original bottom and the double bottom have both holes in it. When rain water is collected in the barrel, the water won\u2019t float through if the holes in the double bottom are not directly orientated underneath the holes in the bottom of the barrel. The double bottom has an axis fix to it with a rope around it. When the rope is pulled by the user and the double bottom turns around. After the rope is totally pulled out, the axis would go on because of its velocity and wind the rope up by itself. This to be able to keep on pulling and turning the bottom. The barrel is fixed to a metal frame and the rope can be pulled at about the height of the hand when a person stands. The product will be placed in the garden while reachable for the user. The water falls through the holes when the double bottom is turned. It will sprinkle the plants around the Rain Organ. At the same time it will sprinkle different kinds of materials and make music.
