Many (old) people can and want to (continue to) live independently while maintaining their own control. As a result of the new Social Support Act, municipalities are responsible for a significant part of the care support and can provide new forms of support enabling people to stay longer in their own houses. Therefore a transformation of healthcare from supply-driven to a demand-driven design is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
