What is the goal of this job?

AI algorithms are used for countless applications. But sometimes the dataset given to them is biased or the training is faulty. Our mission is to help AI get closer to humans and fit into society. We developed a coaching program to help AI build a relationship with humans that brings both sides closer to each other. On the one hand, AI will better understand human nature and improve its data clusters. On the other, you will develop a better intuition of how AI works and decode its complexity.

In our previous research, we have found out that most people consider AI as superior: it is smarter, faster and better than humans. Be aware this is not always true. That is why we are looking for someone who is able to coach AI when it is making a mistake.
