Human Centred Design: Experiences From Practice

In May 2015 Froukje Sleeswijk Visser taught a workshop to UX design professionals with a human interaction technology or a psychology background. The workshop was organised twice, once in Warsaw and once in Wroclaw by the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The aim of the 3-day workshop was to connect research and application by means of design with a user centered touch (here is a link to the workshop in Polish).

Participants were asked to analyse food experiences and find opportunities for innovation in teams. During the workshop skills were introduced on Empathic Design, Analysing Rich Experience Information, Insights Generation and Journey Mapping.
